What to know first
What does opening an account involve?
Pick a tier, complete the sign-up form and confirm your email address. Your account exists from that moment; real-money trading opens as soon as verification is done.
Which documents verify my identity?
Photo ID issued by a government, plus a proof of address no older than three months, such as a utility bill or a bank statement. Most checks are completed within one business day.
How quickly do deposits and withdrawals go through?
Deposits by card or e-wallet reach your account in minutes. Withdrawals are handled on your tier’s schedule, after which your bank usually needs one to three business days.
Can I switch to another account type later?
You can. Bring your balance up to the minimum of the next tier and the new conditions apply from your next trading session — same account, same history, same positions.
Is client money kept apart from the company’s?
It is. Client funds are held in segregated accounts at tier-one banks, separate from the company’s own money, and reconciled every day.
