Read this together with the other documents in the footer: all of them make up your agreement with the company identified on the regulatory information page.
Corporate details
Thervalon Crest runs the website and the trading platform presented here. Its registered office and postal address are listed on the contact page, and its company registration details can be supplied on request.
The platform applies the leverage and product limits of the country you live in, and the services shown here are only offered where the law allows them to be provided.
What we provide
Personal investment recommendations and portfolio management are not part of what we do. Our service is execution-only trading in crypto, forex, stocks, indices and commodities.
A product offered in one country may be unavailable in another, and a feature presented on this site may be restricted or removed where local rules demand it.
Client funds
Segregation keeps client balances out of the company’s business: client money is held apart from the company’s own funds, in segregated accounts with tier-one partner banks, and reconciled every day.
Trading losses are not covered by segregation, and it is no deposit-guarantee scheme either.
Handling conflicts
Conflicts can arise between us and our clients, or between clients themselves. A written policy identifies each such conflict and explains how it is managed — or disclosed, when it cannot be managed.
Personal dealing by staff is monitored, and no pay is tied to the trading losses of any client.
Complaints
Email legal@thervalon-crest.com, giving your account reference and describing what happened. Receipt is confirmed within two business days; our aim is a complete reply within fifteen business days.
If you are still unhappy, our reply will name the external body you can escalate to and the time limit for doing it.
